Stages of the drilling phase

1.First, a steel pipe (standpipe) is rammed into the ground or – alternatively – drilled.
2.The drill is then used to drill to the end of the following section.
3.The next smaller steel pipe is inserted into the steel pipe.
4.Liquid cement is introduced into the cavity created between the rock and the steel pipe or the steel pipe of the section above it
5.After complete hardening, the next stage is drilled until the target rock layer is reached.

Once the drilling process is complete, the borehole is equipped for brining.

Leaching Process

During the brine process, a cavity is created by flushing out the salt dome, which is later used as a storage facility (cavern).
Once this cavern has been completed, the riser pipe and underground safety valve are installed in the borehole and the initial filling with hydrogen is then carried out.
