UGS Rehden – maintenance work with flare-off activity

[Kassel, 10 November 2023] From 12 to 24 November, planned maintenance works will be carried out at the Rehden natural gas storage facility. To carry out the works safely, high-pressure systems must be relieved on Sunday, 12 November. The natural gas will be safely discharged via the flares and flared off in a controlled manner. The maintenance works may result in possible noise disturbances, especially on 12 November. This work, which can cause noise, may also be carried out in the morning and in the evening. We apologise to residents for any inconvenience caused.
