UGS Haidach – Marketing of capacities for the storage year 2025/2026 and 2026/2027

[Kassel, 16 December 2024] SEFE Storage GmbH will offer its unmarketed storage capacities for the natural gas storage facility in Haidach for the storage year 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 in two auctions on the 18th December 2024 on the PRISMA capacity platform. 

The offered working gas volume of approx. 3.3 TWh in total will be marketed on the basis of the following product structures:

Haidach SY25/26/27 (7): bundle with a working gas volume of 40,682,331 kWh. 

In the period 01/04/2025–01/04/2026 each bundle includes a firm injection capacity of 13,961 kWh/h and a firm withdrawal capacity of 15,617 kWh/h. In addition to that each bundle includes an interruptible injection capacity of 466 kWh/h. 

In the period 01/04/2025–01/04/2026 each bundle includes a firm injection capacity of 21,554 kWh/h and a firm withdrawal capacity of 14,325 kWh/h. In addition to that each bundle includes an interruptible withdrawal capacity of 1,084 kWh/h. 

Haidach SY25/26/27 (8): bundle with a working gas volume of 40,682,331 kWh. 

In the period 01/04/2025–01/04/2026 each bundle includes a firm injection capacity of 11,624 kWh/h and a firm withdrawal capacity of 13,039 kWh/h. In addition to that each bundle includes an interruptible injection capacity of 2,789 kWh/h and interruptible withdrawal capacity of 2,422 kWh/h. 

In the period 01/04/2026–01/04/2027 each bundle includes a firm injection capacity of 24,043 kWh/h and a firm withdrawal capacity of 9,679 kWh/h. In addition to that each bundle includes an interruptible withdrawal capacity of 5,915 kWh/h. 

Bids for Haidach SY25/26/27 (7) can be submitted on 18th December 2024 from 13:00 a.m. to 13:30 a.m. (CET). Bids for Haidach SY25/26/27 (8) can be submitted on 18th December 2024 from 14:30 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. (CET). 

The respective current filling level requirements in Austria of 10% on the 1st of July apply. Specific storage curves shall be considered. No variable fee will be charged for the storage product.
